Please see the latest edition of the Manchester Communicator newsletter on the Youth Page for current volunteer needs and opportunities targeted for our youth.
The truly most important part of our mission is ensuring that the spirit of “giving back” to the community endures. Recruiting and training young people to move into leadership roles is essential to this aim. Through direct outreach and graphic communications, we hope to locate talented and charismatic youth leaders for the times to come.
Volunteering
There are many tasks that are admirable in principle, and difficult to fit into a business/profit model. Many people find purpose and a sense of belonging to the wider community by contributing a portion of their time and energy to these worthwhile pursuits. It’s a character-forming step for young people. It looks great on a resume and college application also!
